Annual Notice to the IRgA Membership
As required by the bylaws of this association, this communication serves as official notice of the Annual Meeting of the association membership to be held at the 2008 IRgA Annual Convention and Trade Show. The Annual Meeting will take place at 8:00 a.m., Thursday, May 15, 2008 in Champagne Ballroom 2-3 at Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The purpose of this meeting is to elect the officers and directors of the association for the 2008-09 fiscal year, which begins August 1 and ends July 31. Officer terms are for one year and regular director terms are for three years. Terms for Vendor Directors are for two years.The Nominating Committee recommends the following slate of Officers:
