Big changes are on their way to the IRgA. A new membership structure has been adopted, new features have been added to the website, a research program is underway, and a joint convention with the Eastern Reprographics Association is being planned.
New Levels of Membership
The new membership structure continues free membership for those shops and individuals that only need a basic membership, and offers three paid levels for members who would like more benefits.
The Basic level is free and includes our new biweekly newsletter, access to members-only content on our website, and a basic listing in our new member directory.
Bronze membership, which costs $25 per year, includes the privilege of placing your logo with your listing in the membership directory, priority placement in the directory ahead of Basic members, and access to behind-the-scenes data of the new IRgA Index.
Silver membership, $75, includes all of the above benefits plus priority placement above Basic and Bronze members in the directory.
Gold membership, $250, includes all of the above plus special recognition in the directory and other member publications. Gold membership also allows an unlimited number of locations to be listed in the directory.

New Member Directory
The Member Directory on the IRgA website is designed to help the AEC community, and other potential clients, find reprographics services providers. Users can easily search by geography and service.
Members are encouraged to update their profile, especially their services offered, by clicking here. As noted above, your login is your email address, and your password is the same you have been using to log in to the knowledge bank. (If you need password help, email Ed Avis).
The more members who update their profiles and include their services offered, the more valuable the directory becomes.
New Vendor Directory
The new Vendor Directory is designed to make it easy for members to find suppliers. All vendors to the reprographics industry are invited to participate; email Ed Avis is you are not currently listed or would like to make changes to your listing.
The IRgA Index
The IRgA Index is a new research program designed to provide a quarterly snapshop of the reprographics industry. Member firms will be asked to become regular participants, and data will be collected from other sources. Stay tuned for details.
Joint ERA/IRgA Convention
Face-to-face meetings are a great way to build relationships and share ideas, and the IRgA is partnering with the Eastern Reprographics Association to hold a joint convention in April. The date and location are tentative; click here to cast your vote and get $25 off registration!
Honoring the Past
Another future effort of the IRgA is the creation of the Presidents Club, which will be comprised of past IRgA presidents. The Presidents Club will act as an advisory body to the association, and will nominate members for the Bukovsky Award, the association's highest honor.
