Show Yourself Off in the Vendor Vignette Keynote Session!
The IRgA 2010 Convention & Trade Show is now prepared to provide you with even MORE exposure to industry professionals than ever before through our new Vendor Vignette program! For the first time ever, vendors at this year's convention have the opportunity to participate in the Opening Keynote Session on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at 8:30 AM. This featured session will be unopposed and serves as the kick-off to the week's exciting events. Show your customers the creativity and innovation that your company has to offer!
Want to showcase a new product in a fun and creative format? Submit your new products and technologies by filling out this brief survey for your chance to be featured in the Thursday's Opening Keynote Session. Participants will be selected by the 2009-2010 IRgA Education Committee and will receive unopposed time on the main stage to get creative, have fun and promote your new and innovative ideas to 2010 Convention & Trade Show attendees.
How it Works

Each speaker will have 4 minutes to present one (1) key idea based on a new product or technology. This time will be used to encourage attendees to visit your booth over the next two days to find out more about your new product or technology.

Entire session is 60 minutes including transition time. Only 10 vendors will be selected for participation - so reserve your spot today!

New product or technology being introduced, must be new since 2009 IRgA Convention April 29 - May 1, 2009. New product or technology may not have been displayed at a previous IRgA Convention.

All submissions will be anonymously reviewed and hand-selected by the 2009-2010 IRgA Education Committee

Three (3) slide maximum for each 4 minute section.

Bell will ring at the end of each presenter's time and the presenter will be done without exception.

Slides must be submitted to IRgA Headquarters by March 8, 2010. No slides will be accepted after the deadline, if slides are not received by the deadline, they cannot be used during the session.

Presenter must attend at least one (1) hour of preparation via online meeting or conference call with IRgA Headquarters and IRgA Education Committee after March 8 deadline and prior to the Annual Convention.

Must be 2010 exhibiting vendor company.

Each submission that is accepted will be hand-selected according to the submission guidelines including relevancy to the industry, entertainment value, complete submission, etc.
