Who Are IRgA Members?

If you are a wide-format imaging service provider, you qualify for Active Membership in the IRgA.

If you are a supplier/manufacturer and you want your products to reach the attention of wide-format service providers, you qualify for Associate Membership in the IRgA.

Since the early 1900s, the reprographic industry has served a wide variety of industries and markets with an even wider array of services and technology. IRgA members are best known for their expertise in the following areas:

Small-format digital printing

Joining the IRgA

Requirements
Membership in the International Reprographic Association is open to all small- and wide-format imaging service providers, or firms selling small- or wide-format imaging equipment and supplies.

Fees
Membership dues are based upon the type of membership, either Active (i.e., imaging service bureaus, print-for-pay shops, in-plant printers, sign shops) or Associate (i.e., suppliers and manufacturers) and the number of company employees.

Special rates apply to International members. Those applying for International Membership must be located outside of North America.

The new membership structure is now by company name, compared to company by metropolitan area. Companies will now count all employees at their headquarters and branch locations, and will pay a single dues payment according to the number of total employees. Each member company will be asked to:

1. Verify that your company’s headquarters location name and address matches our records.
2. Verify that the key contact listed is the person you want to serve as your company’s first line of contact for all membership related matters. If you have not previously provided a key contact, please identify one for your company.
3. Verify e-mail address information. The vast majority of our communications with you are now done digitally.
4. Provide information for all company locations. Verify those that we have listed, and add/delete branch locations as necessary.
5. Assign a key contact for each branch location.
6. Add the names of all individuals at your company that you want to be included in the IRgA database – to receive Repro Report, News Digest, convention and trade show news and any other association communications.
