ARC made a big splash in the reprographics industry 30 years ago when it acquired scores of leading independent reprographics firms to create a behemoth operation that went public in 2005. In the two decades since, the company rode a financial roller coaster and in 2024 it became a private firm again when a group of company leaders and investors bought out the shareholders (click here to read about that).
Now the company is evidently growing again. According to a post on the LinkedIn page of Dilo Wijesuriya, ARC's president and COO, the company has acquired Color Reflections Houston. Here is Dilo's post:
Big news in Houston and across our national platform.
ARC and Riot are excited to welcome Color Reflections Houston into the ARC family. Color Reflections Houston has served major brands in the Texas market for more than 20 years. They built a strong reputation in wide format digital graphics, quality execution, and trusted customer relationships. That legacy matters to us.
The owner, Noel Pacheco, decided to join forces with ARC Document Solutions and Riot Creative Imaging to give his customers more. More services. More scale. More cities. One seamless experience. This move strengthens our Houston presence and gives Color Reflections customers access to:
• National production and installation coverage
• A broader portfolio of visual graphics and print services
• Support across the USA and internationally
• Technology, logistics, and project management at scale
Most important, we are proud to welcome the staff of Color Reflections into ARC. Their talent, experience, and customer focus make us better on day one.
A few words from Noel Pacheco: "I am super excited to join ARC and Riot. This partnership allows me to offer my customers a much wider range of services while keeping the same quality and relationships they trust. I can now support their needs not only in Houston, but across the USA and internationally. It is the right next chapter for our customers and our team."
Welcome to ARC, Color Reflections Houston. We are glad you are here.
