HP recently discontinued its SmartTracker software, which is the entry-level tool used to monitor print activity on HP large format printers. There are other options, however. HP is encouraging customers to upgrade to other fleet management solutions, and Sepialine is positioning its Argos print tracking software as a SmartTracker replacement.
Argos tracks and bills for every print and walk-up copy on HP large format printers, helping organizations maintain their cost recovery programs.
“Our focus is on helping dealers keep their customers satisfied,” said Jeremy Evans, CEO of Sepialine. “Argos gives them a straightforward way to maintain tracking and reporting without disruption.”
Sepialine has aligned Argos pricing with SmartTracker’s entry-level positioning to make the transition straightforward. For dealers, this offers a way to preserve account control while continuing to provide customers with visibility into costs and usage.
Argos has been used for more than 20 years in print environments across a number of industries. More information on Argos for HP is available at argos.sepialine.com/hp-large-format
