Gary Crisp and Kathy Moylan celebrating Crisp Imaging's acquisition of A&I Reprographics
IRgA Member Crisp Imaging is heading into 2026 with two new companies in its portfolio. Crisp, which is headquartered in Newport Beach, California and now has 28 locations, has acquired A&I Reprographics in Ontario, California and Piedmont Directional Signs in Woodinville, Washington.
Here is an email Gary Crisp, president of the company, sent to staff about the acquisitions:
I’m pleased to announce that yesterday we completed two key acquisitions which will continue to support our growth in both the reprographics and color spaces in the West. First of all, A & I. Alhambra Reprographics was founded in 1971 in Alhambra, California and consisted of two separate operating units after the acquisition of Inland Blueprint in the 1990s. In 2006, Kathy and Gary Moylan purchased the company and merged it with Inland Reprographics in Ontario, renaming the company A & I Reprographics, and closed their Alhambra office and moved their corporate headquarters to Ontario and opened up a second location in Colton. Under the brilliant leadership of Kathy Moylan, who will join Crisp in a sales leadership capacity, A & I emerged as the premier reprographics and color firm in the Inland Empire with an unwavering focus on customer service. A & I is a full-service firm with a large color offering as well directional signs and a host of other complementary offerings to Crisp!
Piedmont Directional Signs has been the leader in directional signs including A Boards, Coroplast, and a host of other signage products in the Pacific Northwest for over 30 leaders. Piedmont, Crisp’s largest client in the Pacific Northwest for the past several years, is led by industry veteran Dennis Fagen and quality customer service has been their number one focus. Directional signs are the most effective tool homebuilders can use to generate traffic to their communities to direct homebuyers to their front door. Dennis will remain our leader as Crisp looks to expand its offering of directional signage throughout the West.
Both A&I and Piedmont have been acquisition targets for Crisp the last several years and with their additions Crisp continues its growth with a significant footprint in the Inland Empire as well as positioned to grow in the West with directional signage. Please welcome A&I and Piedmont to the Crisp family!
