About RSA
The Reprographic Services Association (RSA) is a member-driven organization representing leading companies in the reprographics, wide-format graphics, and construction technology services industries. RSA provides a collaborative network for its shareholders, fostering innovation, best practices, and strategic partnerships that support the continued evolution of the industry.
The RSA is conducting a search for an Executive Director to manage the organization’s business operations and advance the goals, development, and strategic agenda of our member shareholders. RSA member companies operate under the umbrella of the reprographics industry, though many of our shareholders stretch the boundaries of traditional reprographics. Business operations of our members include:
- Traditional Reprographics (Business-to-business)
- Reproduction & printing, primarily digital print, of small and large format documents with an emphasis on construction documents
- Sales, leasing, service & rental of office printing equipment, particularly wide format technical plotters.
- Color Graphics
- Production of wide & grand format printing including signs, banners, environmental graphics, display graphics, POP displays, vehicle wraps & graphics along with related installation services.
- Technology Services
- 3D Scanning
- EDMS (Electronic Document Management Services) Software as a service.
- Scanning, organizing, Indexing and Delivery of Closeout documents for the construction Industry
- Supply technology & network management services specifically for construction job sites
The Executive Director will play a key role in supporting an established network of industry leaders while helping the RSA evolve alongside the rapidly changing reprographics, graphics, and construction technology sectors.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in reprographics, wide format print services, equipment sales, service management, or print production environments
- Association management or business leadership experience
- Demonstrated success managing client and/or vendor partnerships and sponsorships
- Experience planning industry conferences or events
- Strong financial and organizational management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the RSA and oversee association staff
- Develop and maintain vendor partnerships and sponsorship programs
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, payments, and collections
- Plan and execute bi-annual shareholder meetings, including venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, and logistics
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new RSA members
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to execute the association’s strategic goals. The Executive Director will report directly to the Board of Directors.
Compensation
- Salary: $110,000+ depending on experience. The candidate will have the opportunity to earn additional income based on meeting or exceeding sponsor revenue goals.

- The RSA office is currently located in the Denver, CO area but offers flexibility for relocation and/or remote work.
- The candidate will be required to travel to attend bi-annual meetings, member visits, and other association activities as required.
