Hiram Russell, owner of Blue Boy Document Imaging in Washington, DC, and a three-year member of the IRgA Board of Directors, has been slated to become president of the association.
“I’ve worked with Hiram since he joined the board in 2021, and I’ve truly enjoyed the opportunity,” says Ed Avis, IRgA managing director. “Hiram’s deep knowledge of the reprographic industry is always apparent, and his ideas and guidance during board discussions are always valuable. And I love his good humor! I’m looking forward to working more closely with him.”
Russell is an architect by profession, and founded his reprographics firm in 1989. Read more about his company and history by clicking here.
Other nominations for board members are welcome. If you are interested in joining the board, or know somebody who would be a good candidate, please email Ed Avis at ed.avis@irga.com.
The official election will occur during the board’s monthly meeting on November 6. This will be a Zoom meeting. If you would like to attend, contact Avis at the email above and he will send you the Zoom details.
