IRgA Vendor Member Image Access has recently upgraded two web-based capabilities – one that allows potential customers to conveniently “visit” the Image Access showroom and one that helps customers find documentation.

The company’s new YouTube showroom gives interested potential customers a compact walkthrough of their scanner portfolio.
“Each system is shown in action with a short scan demonstration, accompanied by key product information and core features directly on screen,” the company said in their announcement. “From overhead book scanners and wide format systems to flatbed and specialty scanners, the video provides a quick overview of the solutions available in our showroom — and shows how they perform in real use.”

Easy Online Document Access
Image Access also has improved access to technical documentation in their new online Download Area .
Technical specifications, setup and assembly instructions, manuals, product brochures and catalogs are clearly organized by product and available for direct download. Users simply select the product family and model, choose the files they need, and click download.
