RMX Partners has selected Trevor Hansen as the 2026 Mike Duff Award recipient, recognizing his impact across the Network.
For more than thirty years, the Mike Duff Award has celebrated leaders who carry forward Mike Duff’s belief that the industry’s greatest strength comes not from equipment or technology, but from the knowledge and support shared among peers.
This year’s honoree, Trevor Hansen, chief revenue officer of Thomas Printworks, is recognized as an “agent of growth” known for his relentless pursuit of learning, thoughtful leadership, and commitment to helping others succeed. He is widely respected for asking the right questions, applying deep understanding to drive organizational growth, and consistently sharing knowledge with peers across the Network.
Outside of his professional work, Hansen is a devoted family man, a lifelong learner, certified Master Gardener, ham radio enthusiast, and avid home chef. His faith and community involvement are central to his life, including service at his church, volunteering at a local food bank, and supporting neighbors in need.
Colleagues often note his energy and output, yet those who know him emphasize his purpose is always grounded in others. He works to be present with his family, to serve his community, and to lift others up.
