Chicago, Illinois – October 27, 2015 - Cushing, a Chicago-based digital printing firm, has been named a 2015 Loyola Illinois Family Business of the Year Awards finalist. Now in its 22nd year, the awards celebrate family-owned businesses which demonstrate a strong commitment to industry, community and family. Cushing has assisted businesses in Chicago and across the United States since 1929.

Presented by the Family Business Center at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business, the awards celebrate business success, multi-generational family member involvement and innovation. More than 100 entries were received, from an array of industries and markets. A panel of judges come together to determine the final candidates.

Cushing started in the blueprinting industry over 80 years ago, building relationships in the architecture, construction and engineering communities. Product offerings have evolved but the philosophy of providing incredible customer service has remained. Today, a new generation of Chicago-based companies are discovering this creative solutions provider.
