The job board created by IRgA when Service Point USA closed its doors in November helped several former employees secure new work. The job board will close in mid-February, but some SPUSA employees are still looking for work.
"I am still unemployed at the moment and looking both in the industry and out for something," wrote one of the job board participants in an email earlier this week.
If you have any openings in your shop, please do consider the remaining applicants. You can view their qualifications here: http://www.irga.com/service-point-employees-seeking-new-positions/
At least four of the applicants have found new positions.
"Actually, the job board was a big help for me," one applicant wrote in an email. "The Color Company from the UK found me there. They also acquired Service Point's assets and have hired some former staff personnel from Service Point. I would like to thank you for setting up the job board!!"
Another applicant wrote: "Yes, I have found a new position, and it was through the website. The first, and only, employer interested me offered me job."
