Crisp Imaging is the fastest growing reprographics firm in the country, and now IRgA members can get a peek inside this successful company as part of the 2024 IRgA Profit Workshop, April 11-12 in Newport Beach, California.
The event will kick off on the afternoon of Thursday, April 11 with a tour of Crisp's Costa Mesa location, led by IRgA Board member Carter Crisp, who is the VP of marketing for the company. The tour will include a visit to the company's highly successful scanning and document management department, which is helping clients in Southern California scan, archive and manage vast collections of legacy documents. Attendees will learn about Crisp's proprietary document management system, which is available to other reprographics businesses.
After the tour we'll have a group dinner, which is always one of the highlights of these workshops. Attendees will learn from each other in a relaxed, fun, face-to-face setting.
The morning of Friday, April 12, will begin with breakfast and more conversation, then a presentation of IRgA's new scanning marketing program. This program, modeled after a program pioneered by the German reprographic association, is designed to generate new scanning clients for IRgA member firms.
Next will be a panel discussion about the scanning and document management market, with an emphasis on generating long-term profits from the document management part of the business. Attendees will learn from other IRgA members to find new clients in these markets, profitably scan their legacy documents, and generate monthly revenue by managing documents for school districts, municipalities, contractors and other clients.
After lunch we'll dive into the large-format color market. First attendees will learn about the results of an IRgA survey about which segments in that market are growing and which are the most profitable. Then a panel discussion will feature members explaining how they've grown their large-format color work. Naturally questions will be welcome, so this will be a great opportunity to learn how to profit from color.
Attendees will leave the event armed with fresh knowledge about how the most successful reprographics firms are profiting from two important and growing markets.
