Exopack® Advanced Coatings, a member of Exopack Holdings SA, has purchased InteliCoat Technologies™, a manufacturer of high performance digital imaging substrates. Exopack Advanced Coatings intends to keep all Magic®, Magiclée®, Museo® and JetSet® offerings, consisting of the same base papers and coating processes. The InteliCoat brands will continue to be sold through the current distribution channel of Magic brand dealers.
