The Sihl Group has acquired Dietzgen Corporation® in Tampa, Florida. The deal closed December 28, 2021.
Dietzgen Corporation ® is a leading provider of converting and distribution services for digital print media including papers, films, and textiles to the US market. It offers just-in-time delivery from an extensive inventory housed in six strategically located facilities. The privately held corporation has an extensive network of dealers selling their well-known media brands, which include Dietzgen® – Reprographic, Magic® – Sign and Display, Museo® – Fine Art, and Validation® – Premium Proofing.
