Two more APDSP Virtual Roundtables have been planned, one of which will be open only to salespeople. The events are designed to foster relaxed face-to-face conversation among members.
"I really enjoyed the Virtual Roundtables I participated in last year," says Andy Heling, president of Blue Print Service Co. in Wisconsin. "In some ways it's even better than a physical conference, because you really get to know the other people in the meeting. There's no separation. I've established some new industry connections through the program."
The first Virtual Roundtable of 2021 is scheduled for February 11 at 11 a.m. Central. It is open to all APDSP regular (shop) members. If more than six members register, or if two or more are from the same geographic region, another roundtable will be scheduled for later that day. That way the events do not get crowded, and competitors are not in the same roundtable. To register for the February 11 roundtable, click here.
The second roundtable, scheduled for March 11 at 11 a.m. Central, is designed especially for salespeople. Participants will be encouraged to talk about sales strategies, challenges, goals, etc. As with other Virtual Roundtables, competitors will not be allowed on the same call. "I'm new to the industry and I'm learning a ton on every Virtual Roundtable," says Jen Fuller, president of DRsi in Seattle. "It's much easier than going to a conference."
